Provision of an offline control system for watermarked paper

Offline control system of paper sheets to be used to certify the production of watermarked paper for high security products such as banknotes, passports and other documents similar to them.

Main Site: Via Leone XIII 333, 71121 Foggia (FG).-required control system automatically performs, for the medium of one or more cameras accompanied by an appropriate lighting system, the control of the product on sheets of watermarked paper specifically for what concerns the characteristics of the substrate and of the safety elements that characterize (watermark, security thread, etc.)

There are no reasons for exclusionsion pursuant to art. 80 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 and subsequent amendments and additions, of any other situation that determines the exclusion from tenders and / or the incapacity to contract with the public administration, as well as the interdictory cause referred to in art. 53, paragraph 16 ter, of Legislative Decree no. 165/2001.

The tender procedure will be entirely managed on the telematic system for the purchase of the poligrafico accessible at www.eproc.ipzs.it, pursuant to art. 58 of Legislative Decree 50/2016; in order to participate, the interested economic operators will therefore have to previously and compulsorily register on the portal www.eproc.ipzs.it according to the procedures described in the Disciplinary of competition. 106, c. 11 of Legislative Decree 50/2016, the duration of the contract may be extended pfor the time strictly necessary to complete the procedures necessary for the identification of a new contractor. In this case, the contractor will be required to perform the services provided for in the contract at the same prices, terms and conditions or more favorable for printing. The provisions concerning the procedure for submitting the required documentation, as well as the indications relating to the conduct of the procedure, are contained in the announcement and the specifications of the tender to which reference is made. These documents can be found in electronic format on the website www.eproc.ipzs.it in the section relating to the tender procedure. Any additional information and / or clarifications concerning the subject of the contract and / or the procedures for participation in the tender, may be requestedlending the appropriate section of the system for the tender in question. Requests, which must be submitted in Italian, must be received by 12:00 on 20.7.2018. The opening operations may be followed by each participant in the procedure also by connecting remotely to the telematic system for the purchase of the polygraphic document. The competitor accepts to receive the comunations pursuant to art. 76 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 in the special section of the system for the tender in question, as well as indicating the alternative domicile chosen for the aforesaid communications in the case of unavailability of the system and in any case in which the polygraphic considers it appropriate. The present call for tenders does not in any way bind the contracting authority, which reserves at any momento the faculty of not following up the procedure, suspending it and / or canceling it or extending its terms, without the competitors being able to make any claim in this regard.
