Form 124 "Self-declaration of suitability" nachzuweisen. If the offer of a non-qualified tenderer is shortlisted, the certificates given in form 124 must be provided within 6 calendar days of the request. If the bidder uses the skills of other companies to fulfill the order, the respective number is in the prequalification register or it is the declarations and certificatesform 124 is also to be submitted for this other company on request. Form 124 "Self-declaration of suitability" is enclosed with the tender documents.
