VMware Licenses

Procurement of VMware Licenses via an ELA Framework Agreement

VMware vSphere, vSAN, vCenter and Horizon licenses are to be licensed via VMware ELA framework contract be procured. The licenses include services as PSO credits and maintenance / Support for a period of 5 years with a 1-year extension option.

All business transactions must be conducted in German.

All evidence / explanations referred to in III.1.1) - III.1.3) are numbered together with the request to participate and in the following order submit all required statements and proofs are mandatory; a verweIf an undertaking can not provide the required supporting documents for good cause, it must submit other documents deemed suitable by the contracting authority.
