The client wants his customers and exhibitors the customer journey from the registration processMake billing simple and efficient until billing by giving them the opportunity to sign up for fairs, events and book specific services through a modern and easy-to-use online platform. The client hereby plans the development and implementation of a system for online fair registration, service order, billing and Kcommunication with the customer. The main functions of the application are:

- Online registration,

- Booking and planning of fairgrounds,

- Shop system for booking all relevant services,

- Platform for the complete digital communication with the customers and prospective customers,

- Settlement processing.

Hybris Commerce is set as an e-commerce tool for the shop system.

For the IThe system (SAP Hybris Commerce, another system or in-house development) has not yet been decided on when implementing the online fair registration. As a matter of principle, however, the goal is that as many functions as possible should be mapped in the standard software SAP Hybris Commerce.
