L The service contract concerns the supply of corrective, adaptive and evolutionary maintenance services for the software of the regional administrationand Calabrian SUAP / SUE, systems management, application and content administration services and technical help desk services. The SUAP / SUE platform, being used by a multitude of actors and providing an essential public service and subject to compliance with somewhat stringent SLAs.
