Assignment of services for digital transformation for work.

Assignment of services for the digital transformation of services for work in the regional Welfare ecosystem.

1. Services for the evolution of the digital infrastructure:

- services of evolution of the platform of the information system of the work for the realizSIL Sardegna 2.0 project,

- development services and evolutionary maintenance of ad hoc software (MEV), in relation to new applications that the regional administration deems necessary for the needs as a result of new laws, regulations and procedural innovations,

- Adaptive maintenance services (MAD) on applications already in use in SIL Sardinia,

- manu servicescorrective action (MAC) on the applications already in use in SIL Sardinia,

- management of the existing applications and databases (GABD), with a view to improving the quality and an increasingly easier use of the SIL instruments by the public and private use of the system;

2. specialized services for digital transformation:

- specialized support (SS) to the aminesinterested parties, for an appropriate and timely identification of the improvement objectives of the system, with reference to the thematic areas related to labor policies,

- user assistance (AAU), as a unified access point for the reception, resolution or sorting of all requests on the various operational problems encountered by SIL Sardinia users;

3. services and multimedia products for empowerment:

- creation of e-learning training courses for all stakeholders responsible for the management / provision of measures and public services for work and / or to be made available to subjects (services) accredited for work, university, municipalities, schools, enterprises, citizens) directly or indirectly belonging-to the regional network of public employment services in Sardinia to be provided through the SIL Sardinia e-learning sub-system,

- configuration, ordinary and extraordinary maintenance and adaptation of the e-learning training courses in operation provided by the e-learning subsystem of SIL Sardinia,

- production of multimedia pills for the sharing of contents for learningand dissemination of information, vademecum, suggestions on how to implement and use services, notices / notices and procedures in the field of employment services,

- digital promotion campaigns for the digital dissemination of initiatives and measures in place by the Administration following specific needs, such as the launch of a new policy measure by the-work, events and initiatives, the opening of new services, etc.

Registration for activities related to the goods tendered in the register of companies or in one of the professional or commercial registers of the State of residence in the case of an EU Member State, conformed with the provisions of art. 83, paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree no. 50 / 20016.

1) The competing companies must pay the cona fee to the ANAC according to the amount established in the tender specifications;

2) specific requirements regarding the mode of participation, the award criteria, the methods for submitting offers, causes for exclusion from the tender and other information are contained in the specification of tender and in the annexes that are an integral part of this announcement;

3) the questions mustsend by e-mail to the address indicated in point I.1, within the peremptory deadline of 13.00 on 27.7.2018; the answers to the questions will be published at least 6 days before the deadline for the submission of tenders, exclusively on the website (www.regione.sardegna.it), Services to businesses section - Tenders and calls for tenders and on www.sardegnacat.it section dedicated to the procedure oftender;
