Operation of the Kita am Stern in Uelzen

With this tender, the Hanseatic City of Uelzen is looking for a sponsor of free youth welfare as the operator of the new daycare center at the Stern in Uelzen.

The Hanseatic City of Uelzen (hereinafter Hanseatic City) has approx. 33, 700 inhabitants and is located in northeastern Lower Saxonychsen. Due to the increasing demand for all-day care in the cr-che area, but also for children from 3 to 6 years (kindergarten) and the free of charge contribution introduced in Lower Saxony in the kindergarten area, a further expansion of day care centers is necessary. In order to relieve the pressure to register on the existing daycare facilities and to fulfill the legal claim to koeAs the bearer of the day care centers in Uelzen, the Hanseatic city has decided that on the grounds of the "Sternschule" in Uelzen, on the sports grounds to Probst-Raven-Strasse, a four-way day care center should be set up 2 cr-che groups (15 children each) and 2 kindergarten groups (25 children each)staette is to be included on 2 February 2021 with 2 cr-che groups and 1 kindergarten group. A second kindergarten group will be added from August 1, 2021.

The goal is to conclude an operator contract with a term of at least 10 years from the start of full operation, i.e. until July 31, 2031 (basic term). The contract can unilaterally twice after the basic term of the Hanseatic citym are extended every 5 years (extension options).

The daycare center will be built by the Hanseatic city. In the event of construction delays, the start of operations will be postponed accordingly.

Cooperation with the elementary school "Sternschule" should be sought and should be included conceptually, since this can be assumed that a lot of the children who attended the daycare centeren, is later enrolled in the neighboring primary school. Cooperation with the primary school is intended to make it easier for these children to transition to primary school.

The space is allocated in cooperation between the Hanseatic city and the future operator.

1) Entry in the professional register: proof of entry in the commercial register, registration of the trade or equivalentProof. Proof not older than 6 months, calculated from the time of the offer period;

2) Bearer of free youth welfare: proof of recognition as a bearer of free youth welfare within the meaning of - 75 SGB VIII. Evidence not older than 6 months, calculated from the time of Offer period.

3) Turnover of the company: Self-declaration about the turnover of the bidder in the last 3 years (in totalall and from the operation of day care centers). The client reserves the right to request additional documents to prove the accuracy of the information, e.g. B. (audited) annual accounts or confirmations of a chartered accountant or tax consultant;

4) Liability insurance: Evidence of business liability insurance, either through confirmation of cover or legally bindinghe declaration of the insurance company to provide appropriate cover in the event of an order.

Supplement to Section III. (Further suitability criteria):

8) Statutory reasons for exclusion: Self-declaration regarding the existence or non-existence of reasons for exclusion within the meaning of sections 123, 124 GWB and, if applicable, self-cleaning measures in accordance with section 125 GWB;

9) Statement on section 4 (1) NTVergG: Eigenerklaerung for payment of minimum wages within the meaning of the MiLoG or according to generally binding collective wage agreements.
