Registrationin the register kept by the C.C.I.A.A. or equivalent register for other European states, for activities compatible with the nature of the services, works and supplies covered by this concession.

The competitor not established in Italy but in another Member State or in one of the countries referred to in art. 83, paragraph 3 of the Code, submits a sworn declaration or according to the procedures in force in the Statewhich is established.

a) Suitable bank references of at least one credit institution or intermediary authorized pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 385/1993, in original and duly signed, in which the reliability and solvency of the same bidders regarding the Management of the Service in question is expressly attested. In the case of temporary groupings of companies and / or consortiums, suchreferences must be presented by each of the grouped and / or consortium members;

b) Minimum overall annual turnover referred to each of the last 3 financial years available (2016 2017 2018) of at least € 2, 000, 000.00, excluding VAT. This requirement is required in order to ascertain the real financial strength of the competitors in the procedure; where the information on turnoverare not available, for companies that have started the activity for less than 3 years, the turnover requirements must be related to the period of activity.

c) Minimum specific turnover in the business sector subject of the contract, referring to each of the last 3 financial years available (2016 2017 2018) of at least the amount based on the tender 1 300 000.00 EUR, excluding VAT; where land information on turnovers are not available, for companies that have started business for less than 3 years, the turnover requirements must be related to the period of activity
