The subject of the invitation to tender is the provision and operation (including food and social care) of a shared accommodation with 40 places to accommodate the district of Harz according to the Housing Act Saxony-Aness of 15.1.2013 (as amended on 18.12.2015) according to the conditions specified in the operator contracts to be concluded then.

The service includes the provision and operation (including food and social care) one Shared accommodation with 40 places to accommodate the person to be picked up by the clientThe following information and evidence must be provided by the tenderer:

Proof of valid pre-qualification of a recognized pre-qualification body or submission of Form 124 (self-declaration of suitability). If a company comes into the short-term, the self-explanations are by valid certificatestatements of the tenderer (company presentation), - statements pursuant to -- 123, 124 GWB; - 19 Minimum Wage Law,

- Statements according to -- 10, 12, 13 LVG LSA,

- Applicant's Declaration EU,

- at least 1 reference, which is comparable to the advertised performance,

- Handover of copies of the employment contracts of the deployed personnel at the latest 14Days before commencement of the course,

proof of professional qualification of the head of the collective accommodation and presentation of a valid certificate (max 3 months old) of the head of the shared accommodation,

presentation of the certificates (max 3 months old) for the entire staff employed at the latest 14 Days before start of service.
