The following units are allocated: Awarding unit 3.1: internal development, underground and pipeline construction Contracting unit 3.2: Internal development, road construction Contracting unit 5: High tank and pressure elevating station, allocation unit 6 : Rain reservoir,

For contracting units 3 and 4 services of different contracting entities are to be provided.

This contract notice refers to the services for allocation unit 3.1, internal development, civil engineering and pipeline construction.

The contract is subject to the provisions of the Ordinance on the Awarding of Public Contracts (VGV ) and the Thuringian Vergabegesetz (ThuerVgG).

With the AStatements to be submitted, which become part of the contract upon conclusion of contract (order placement):

- Supplementary contractual conditions for tariff loyalty and equal pay (- 10 and 12 para. 2 ThuerVgG)

- Supplementary contractual conditions for compliance with the 1LO core labor standards (--11 and 12 para 2 ThuerVgG)

Claims to be made on separate request, which become part of the contract upon conclusion of an order:
