Supply and installation of membrane modules a service of the MBR sub-division of the Scoppio purification plant of ACEA ATO2 SpA - single lot, CIG: 8077852658

Informationion and formalities necessary to assess compliance with the requirements:

R1) possession of the requirements pursuant to art. 80 and 83, paragraph 1, lett. a), of Legislative Decree 50/2016 and subsequent amendments;

R2) absence of the interdictive situations referred to in art. 48, paragraph 7, of Legislative Decree 50/2016 and subsequent amendments;

R3) pursuant to art. 37 of law 122/2010 for economic operators based, resident or domicile in the insclaims included in the D.M. 4.5.1999 and the Ministerial Decree 21.11.2001, possession of the authorization issued pursuant to the Ministerial Decree 14.12.2010;

R4) absence of the cause of exclusion pursuant to art. 1 bis, paragraph 14, of law 383/2001 and, more generally, of all the causes of exclusion from the participation of the competitor in the awarding procedures provided for by current legislation;

R5) incond acceptanceof the provisions contained in the adopted by the ACEA group.

To certify the requirements relating to the letters R1) to R5) the competitor must produce a self-certification by means of the forms indicated in the tender specifications.

This tender is announced by ACEA S.p.A. in the name and on behalf of ACEA ATO2 S.p.A. pursuant to Legislative Decree 50/2016 ss.mm.ii.

Documents to be submitted:

For the purposes of admission to the tender, the tenderer must submit the required documentation in the tender specification, using the platform ofe-procurement of ACEA S.p.A. within the time limit referred to in point IV.2.2) of this call for applications.

How to present the bids and award criterion:

The bidders must make an offer in accordance with the methods indicated in the art. 16 and 17 of the tender regulations.

The tender will be awarded with the criterion of the lowest price, determined by the sum of the amounts indicated in the field, rimported in the Excel offer format, as indicated in point 15 of the tender regulations.
