Mixed contract with predominance of services on works, the service of restoring the state of the plant places per the recovery of non-hazardous special waste from the company located in the municipality of Porto Torres in the locality Z.I. .

The guarantee accompanying the bid is equal to 2% of the total amount of the contract.

The final deposit is established in the measure indicated in art. 103 of Legislative Decree 50/2016.

The contract is financed by the forfeiting of the surety policy n. 96/73288735 of UnipolSai Assicurazioni, stipulated as foreseen by the D.G.R. n. 39/23 of 15.7.08 to guarantee the disposal and / or waste recovery operations. A) Registration in the register kept by the Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Craft and Agriculture or in the register of the provincial commissions for crafts for activities consistent with those subject of this tender procedure. (DGUE Part IV lett. a) point 1).

The competitor not established in Italy but in another Member State or in one of the countries referred to in art. 83, paragraph 3 of the code, submits a sworn statement or according to the procedures in force in the State in which it is established;

b) registration in the Register of environmental managers in the following categories: (DGUE part IV letter a) point 2)

- b.1. for the transport of non-hazardous waste: category 4, -class F or higher, or 5, class F or higher,

- b.2. for the transport of hazardous waste: category 5,

- b.3. for works: category 9, class E or higher, 10A or 10 B, class E or higher.

These requirements can not be used in accordance with art. 89 c. 10 of Legislative Decree 50 / 2016.
