School-meal services.

The contract foresees the assignment of the school meals service for the pupils of the schools of the childhood and primary of Bernalda and Metaponto. The service must be completed by preparing and cooking meals presI know the municipal premises used for the aforementioned service at the kindergarten and the administration of the same at the premises of the schools indicated in the special terms of contract.

Provisional deposit equal to 2% of the contract value and final deposit equal to 10% of the contract amount.

Municipal budget funds.

Registration in the Chamber of Commerce Registry or corresponding rprofessional or commercial lawyers for economic operators not resident in Italy, with a corporate purpose consistent with the subject of the contract
