School meals and home meals service - period from 1.9.2018 to 31.8. 2021, with the possibility of renewal for a maximum of 3 school years.

Contract for the assignment of the service ofschool meals and meals at home - period from 1.9.2018 to 31.8.2021.

A. Procurement, production, transport and distribution of a daily meal to children and teachers with the right of kindergartens, primary schools and 1 st grade secondary school on all working days (excluding Saturdays or holidays and holidays as from calendar scolastico);

B. procurement, production, transport and distribution of prepared meals to be used by elderly users on all working days (excluding Saturdays or public holidays listed in chapter B) of the special terms of reference;

C. the collection of the fee charged to pupils and elderly users for the use of the service.

Estimated value of the contract for n. 3 aschool fees: EUR 1 044 405.60 over EUR 4 500.00 (EUR 1 500.00 per year) for security charges not subject to discount - VAT excluded, totaling EUR 1 048 905.60 excluding VAT. case of the exercise of the three-year renewal: EUR 2 088 811, 20 over EUR 9 000, 00 for security charges not subject to discount - VAT excluded, for a total of EUR 2 097 811, 20 VAT not included. 'appalto consists of a single lot taking into account that the preparation of meals must take place, indistinctly for each type of user (students, teachers, elderly) and school complex (schools and elderly home), in the equipped cooking center granted on loan from the contracting authority with the consequent sole contracting company that can be used in the time slot for packaging and distrebate and single price all-inclusive cad meal, which takes into account this reduction in business costs. The above for the purposes of art. 3 paragraph 1 lett. qq) and of the art. 51 - paragraph 1 of the Legislative Decree, 50/2016 and subsequent amendments.

Registration to the C.C.I.A.A. or other official register for competitors established in other U.E countries.

The package containing the offer, under penalty of exclusion, must be sealedand transmitted with freedom of means, but at the sole risk and burden for the participating companies (registered mail or by courier or by hand delivery the days from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 12:00 at the Protocol office of the SUA Treviglio Centrale, single commission, Piazza Manara 1 - Treviglio.
