On the former mining site of Ruhrkohle AG is the area of the Schirrhof. This includes the buildings Schirrhof, pump house and Lehrstollen. The Schirrhof and the pump house are listed buildings. The above descriptioneligibility criteria can be entered in the list of the Association for Pre-qualification of Construction Companies e. V. Form 124 VHB (self-declaration of suitability) is attached to the tender documents. The United European EggStatement of Genealogy (EEE) can be submitted as preliminary proof of suitability.
- Proof of appropriate professional / public liability insurance (coverage for personal injury, property damage and property damage),
- Statement of turnover of the company in relation to the last 3 completed Business years in so far as it relates to works and other services associated with der is comparable to the amount of work to be provided, including by shares held with other companies (for example, certified by a tax adviser), - indication of whether insolvency proceedings or similar proceedings have been opened or the proceedings have been initiated, or Request was rejected for lack of mass or insolvenzplan has been legally confirmed or whether the company is in liquidation (for example, by confirmation by a tax consultant),
- the bidder has to present on request, a current certificate of non-objection by the professional association. Tenderers who do not have their seat in the Federal Republic of Germany, the corresponding certificate from the competent insurancegstraegers,
- the bidder has to present on request a current clearance certificate of the collectively agreed social security, a clearance certificate from the tax office or certificate in tax matters as well as an exemption certificate according to - 48b EStG.

Contract performance 5% of the contract value, claims for defects 3% of the invoice amount,
Contractual penalties:
The contractor has exceeded the contract period or the deadline for the Vol0.2% of the order value stated in the order letter, excluding value added tax, as a contractual penalty for each working day of the delay. The contractual penalty is limited to a total of 5.0% of the order value (excluding sales tax)
