Itinerary Caianello (A1) - Benevento. 4-lane adaptation of the S.S. 372 from km 0 000 to km 60 900. Lot 1: from km 37 000 (junction of San Salvatore Telesino) to km 60 900 (junction of Benevento).

Main Site: Province of Benevento - municipality of Caianello.

Itinerary Caianello ( A1) -Benevento. 4-lane adaptation of the S.S. 372 from km 0 000 to km 60 900. Lot 1: from km 37 000 (San Salvatore Telesino junction) to km 60 900 (Benevento junction).

The declarations indicated below are required to be made and digitally signed pursuant to of the articles 19, 46 and 47, of the DPR n. 445/2000 by the candidate`s legal representative or by a person with suitable powers, as specified in the tender documentation.

Each declaration must contain the reference to the race code and the CIG code as well as an indication of all the elements necessary for finding the information and data subject to the declarations themselves. The candidate, in support of the application, must declare / produce / certify / indicate, with the methods indicatedyou in the tender documents:

a) registration with the C.C.I.A.A .; in the case of a candidate belonging to another Member State not residing in Italy, an equivalent act or declaration of registration in the professional and commercial registers, pursuant to art. 83, paragraph 3, of the code;

b) not to fall under any of the conditions provided for by art. 80 of the code (excluding letter m), paragraph 5) and ofdo not incur in the additional grounds for exclusion pursuant to art. 80, paragraph 5, lett. c), c bis), c ter), c quater), f bis) and f ter), and of not having committed the crime of false corporate communications pursuant to art. 2621 and 2622 of the Italian Civil Code, referred to in paragraph 1, lett. ba) of the code;

c) the absence of grounds for exclusion from the procurement procedures pursuant to art. 53, paragraph 16 ter, of Legislative Decree no. 165/2001;

d) only for economic operators admitted to the arrangement with business continuity pursuant to art. 186 bis of the R.D. 16.3.1942, n. 267, or who filed the application pursuant to art. 161, paragraph 6, of the aforementioned RD 267/1942: please refer to the provisions of the combined provisions of Legislative Decree 50/2016 and RD 267/1942;

e) in the case of RTI, ordinary consortium or EEIG set up, relaconstitutional deed, statute or contract; in case of RTI or ordinary consortium not yet established, declaration of commitment, signed by all or legal representatives, to form a grouping or consortium, in the event of award of the contract, and, in the case of RTI, the contextual indication will also be indicated. company to be designated as agent.

For the lender of serdesign flaw, possibly participating in the tender, as associated or indicated by the competitor performing the work:

M. 2016 n. 263 in relation to the design service provider; the competitor not established in Italy but in another Member State or in one of the countries referred to in art. 83, paragraph 3, of the code, presents registration in a special corresponding register provided by the national legislation of belonging or sworn declaration or according to the procedures in force in the State in which it is established;

h) iregistration in the specific professional registers foreseen for the exercise of the contracted activity of the professional who is the person personally responsible for the assignment.

The competitor not established in Italy but in another Member State or in one of the countries referred to in art. 83, paragraph 3, of the code, presents registration in a special corresponding register provided for by the national law of apmembership or sworn declaration or according to the procedures in force in the State in which it is established.

The tenderer must indicate the name, professional qualification and details of the registration in the professional register.

For the provider of the PMA preparation service during construction:

i) the declarations referred to in letters a), b), c) and d) above if the presservice provider is organized in a corporate form and, insofar as applicable, if the service provider is a freelancer.

For the competitor performing the work

a) pursuant to art. 84, paragraph 7, letter a), of the code, declaration concerning the realization of a turnover, obtained with works carried out through direct and indirect activity, in at least 5 of the 10 yearsprior to the date of publication of the call, not less than 2 times the amount of the works based on the tender referred to in point II.1.5 of the call, equal to EUR 771 100 071.90, made by means of the European Single Race Document form DGUE, part IV, section B (turnover).

For the design service provider

b) declaration regarding the global turnover for services pursuant to art. 3, point vvvv, of the code carried out in the best 3 years of the last five years prior to the date of publication of the notice, for an amount equal to 1 (once) the amount of the design costs (EUR 3 419 755.93), foreseen in the contract, made by means of the form of the European Single Competition Document ESPD, part IV, section B (turnover).

For the service provider for preparing the monenvironmental survey in progress

c) statement regarding the global turnover of the best 3 financial years of the last five years prior to the publication date of the call, for an amount equal to 1.25 (unovirgolaventicinque) times the estimated value of the floor service of environmental monitoring made through the form of the European single tender document, DGUE, part IV, section B (invoicedo).

The requested documentation must, under penalty of inadmissibility of the requests to participate, be received by the deadline referred to in point IV.2.2) exclusively online, therefore, candidates not yet registered on the ANAS Purchase Portal will have to register promptly on the cited portal following the operating instructions in the section of the portal itself, to which in its entiretyplease refer to (telephone assistance number: 39 02266002642).

The application and all documentation to be produced must be in Italian or accompanied by a sworn translation. The amounts declared must be in EUR. Pursuant to art. 95, paragraph 12, of the code, ANAS S.p.A. reserves the right not to proceed with the award in the event that no offer is convenient or suitable inrelation to the object of the contract. Requests for clarifications can be made exclusively through the functions of the portal https://acquisti.stradeanas.it, by only the competitors registered on the portal, as well as those qualified for the race, using the tool, available in the reserved area, dedicated to this race. . In any case, we will provide feedback only to requestsof clarifications, regarding this announcement, received no later than 12:00 on 18.2.2020. This announcement does not bind ANAS S.p.A. neither to the completion of the tender, nor to the distribution of the invitations, nor to the subsequent award. ANAS S.p.A. expressly reserves the possibility to cancel the race or to modify or postpone the terms at any time and at its sole discretionhearing, without candidates being able to make claims of any kind and nature. The award, also subject to the fulfillment of all the conditions, of any nature including those related to the total financing of the contract, by law, regulation and bankruptcy proceedings preparatory to the performance of the service, is not binding for ANAS SpA and non gives the right to stipulate the contract or any claim, expectation, expectation or request of any kind from the competitors and the successful tenderer. The costs relating to the publication of the notice and the notice on the results of the award procedure are to be borne by the contractor. These costs are estimated at an approximate amount of EUR 150, 000.00.
