The works concern the execution of the works relating to the viauthorization to adduction to the Parma Ovest motorway exit, variant of the SP 357R near the town of Noceto, concerning the construction of a road system in circumvention of the urbanized node of Noceto (PR), constituting a connection as a variant to the SP 357R (ex SS 357) functional to improving the accessibility of the A15 motorway, via the Parma Ovest exitused in Ponte Taro. The route of the Variant to the SP 357R extends for 6.4 km, near the town of Noceto, and is almost entirely included in its municipal territory, except for the last stretch of about 400 m of connection with the existing gravel roundabout, in the Municipality of Medesano, with a north-south course, parallel to the route of the A15 motorway, from which it departs by about 630 mwest; the exception is the first section of connection to the SP 357R which has an east-west direction. All as better highlighted in the tender documents.

The project was validated on 30.4.2020.

Absence of the reasons for exclusion pursuant to art. 80 of the code, in art. 24, paragraph 7 of the Code, in art. 44 of Legislative Decree no. 286/1998 and subsequent amendments, art. 41 del Legislative Decree no. 198/2006 and subsequent amendments.
