Gegenstand der Leistung ist der Systemservice fuer das beim AG bestehende IT-System. The Contractor must in particular perform the services listed below: Operation / maintenance of the mail server, file server, WLAN; Operation / maintenance of the workstations of the employees, in particular installation of software, hardware or the like; Production and maintenance of IT security, in particular operation of a backup system, protection against malware and ext. attacks; Management and monitoring of the usedlicenses; Training of employees in specific innovations; Administration of user accounts including specific rights assignment; Management and maintenance of issued hardware. The subject of the service is the system service for the IT system existing at the AG. The Contractor has in particular the services listed below, e.g.u Providing: operation / maintenance of the mail server, file server, WLAN; Operation / maintenance of the workstations of the employees, in particular installation of software, hardware or the like; Production and maintenance of IT security, in particular operation of a backup system, protection against malware and ext. attacks; Administration and monitoring of the licenses used; Training of employees in specific innovations; Admregistration of user accounts including specific rights assignment; Management and maintenance of issued hardware. The explanations and evidence required under III.1.1) -III.1.3) are to be provided exclusively using the form sheets enclosed with the invitation to submit an offer. The evidence and explanations are in the bidding communityaften by all members of the grouping. The bidder / bidder consortium (BG) can use the skills of other companies or subcontractors. A distinction must be made between 2 constellations:

1) other companies (au) that are responsible for fulfilling the requirements according to Zif. III.1.2) and III.1.3) of the aptitude loan notice are used and

2) Nacompanies (NU) that perform the services without the bidder relying on the subcontractor (s) to prove their suitability.

In both constellations, the bidder / BG must already offer the type and scope of those taken over by the AU / NU Specify partial services without any doubt (explanation of subcontractor use).

In the first constellation, the bidders / BG must be readys Submit the "Subcontractor Declaration of Obligation" form with the offer.

In the second constellation, the bidders / BGs only have to submit the "Subcontractor Declaration of Obligation" form upon request by the customer from all NU also the declarationng according to no. III.1.1.) 2.) (see below). If these documents are not submitted, the offer will be excluded.

The following declarations and evidence must be submitted by the bidders / BGs:

1) Copy of the registration or registration certificate to prove proper business registration / registration or entry in the professional or commercial register according to the lawregulations of the country of origin; otherwise comparable proof for the existence and the object of the company of the bidder / each member of the BG. The extract from the commercial register / comparable evidence may not be older than 6 months at the time of the closing date for the receipt of the offers;

2) Self-declaration by the bidder / BG that there are no grounds for exclusion in accordance with -- 123, 124 GWB are available;

3) If necessary Joint bidder`s declaration;

4) If necessary Declaration on subcontracting;

5) If necessary Subcontractor obligation declaration.

The contractor will receive an extract from the central commercial register according to - 150a GewO i. V. m. Request - 19 MiLoG from the Federal Office of Justice.

1) Self-declaration of the bidder / sBG on the willingness to take out a commercial liability insurance or a comparable insurance from a member state of the EU with a coverage of at least EUR 500, 000 each for property, personal and property damage. The contract must be concluded at the latest immediately after receipt of the letter of acceptance and the client is unable to provide proofimmediately without submitting / sending any further requests;

2) Indication of the net total turnover of the bidder / bidder consortium in the last 3 closed business years;

3) Indication of net bid of the bidder / bidder consortium with comparable services (IT services) in the last 3 completed Business years.

The form bto use letters provided by the client. These can be called up via the download (see I.3).

Bidder questions can only be asked via the awarding platform https://my.vergabe.rib.de and will only be answered via the awarding platform. Bidders` questions that arrive after 02.17.2020, 12:00 no longer can no longer be answered.

The client points this out hin that interested companies can only be informed in the event of bidder questions and / or necessary changes to the tender documents if they have voluntarily registered with the client specifying an e-mail address.
