Supply of the following services at the Command General of the Corps of the Port Authorities and the logistics building denominactive, for 36 months maintenance of electrical systems, maintenance of water systems, minute maintenance of buildings

CIG: 75858433AD - maintenance of electrical systems, at the General Command of the Corps of Port Authorities and the logistics building named, for 36 months. economic must possess in accordance with Article 83, paragraph 3, of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 and s.m.i.:

a) registrationand in the register of the Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Crafts and Agriculture or in the register of provincial commissions for the craft or with the competent professional orders, for activities consistent with those subject of this tender procedure;

b) to the economic operator of another Member State that does not reside in Italy and requests proof of registration, according to the procedures in forcein the State of residence, in one of the professional or commercial registers referred to in Annex XVI of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, by sworn declaration or according to the procedures in force in the Member State in which it is established or by means of certification, under its own responsibility, that the certificate produced has been issued by one of the professional or commercial registries established in the country-in which and resident;

c) to the extent that are covered by Annexes 1, 2, 4 and 5 and the general notes to Appendix 1 of the European Union of the JPA and of the international agreements to which the European Union is bound, this contracting authority will apply to the supplies and economic operators of third countries, signatories to these agreements, a treatment no less favorable than that grantedpursuant to Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, article 49.

The participating economic operators must possess (and demonstrate), under penalty of exclusion, the following economic and financial capacity, pursuant to article 83, paragraph 4 and of the annex. XVII, part I, letters a), b) and c), of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016:

a) global turnover in the last three financial years available (for a correct definition of the last ones-3 available exercises see ANAC determination n. 5 of 21.5.2009) for a value equal to or greater than EUR 1 711 295.82 for the participation and all 3 lots, or EUR 757 495.90 for participation in the single lot 1, EUR 626 683.27 for the participation in lot 2 only or EUR 116 116.65 for participation in lot 3 only; a global turnover is required as it is believed that-this information demonstrates, with greater precision, the economic strength, reliability and professional seriousness (business rating) of the competing economic operator; the proof of the requirement and provided, pursuant to art. 86, paragraph 4, and dell'all. XVII, part I, of Legislative Decree n. 50/2016 and s.m.i., by means of a special declaration and the enclosure of the following documentation:

- for the companies of-capital through the financial statements approved at the date of publication of the notice accompanied by the explanatory notes,

- for economic operators set up as individual businesses or partnerships through the Single Model or the VAT declaration; are available, for economic operators who have started the business for less than 3 years, irturnover requirements must be related to the period of activity; pursuant to art. 86, paragraph 4, of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 and s.m.i., the economic operator, which for justified reasons is not able to present the requested turnovers, can prove its economic and financial capacity by means of any other document considered suitable by this contracting authority; b) specific turnoverin the area of activity covered by the present contract, in the last 3 financial years available (for a correct definition of the last 3 available financial years see ANAC determination No. 5 of 21.5.2009) for a value equal to or higher than EUR 819 125.51 for participation and all 3 lots, or EUR 365 514.40 for participation in lot 1, EUR 296 849.97 only for participation inlot 2 or 156 761, 14 EUR for participation in lot 3 only; a specific minimum turnover is requested for similar supplies, as it is believed that this information demonstrates, with greater precision, the specialization, in the sector, of the competing economic operator: fundamental information for this contracting station in order to ensure an adequate service; ai sensi of the art. 86, paragraph 4, and dell'all. XVII part I, of Legislative Decree n. 50/2016 and s.m.i., proof of the requirement is provided by means of a special declaration and the enclosure of a certified copy of the invoices during the participation in the present tender which analytically report the supplies carried out; where the information on the turnovers is not available, for the companies that have started the activity-for less than 3 years, the turnover requirements must be related to the period of activity; pursuant to art. 86, paragraph 4, of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 and s.m.i., the economic operator that for serious reasons is not able to present the specific invoices requested can prove its economic and financial capacity by means of any other document considered suitable by this station.l) c) presentation of the financial statements or extracts from the financial statements of the last three financial years available or the Single Model or the VAT Declaration; d) appropriate declarations (bank references), as indicated in point 5.4 letter d) of the call for tenders.
