Repair and maintenance of plant .

The subject of the framework agreement is maintenance, plumbing and construction workand road (including lighting and horizontal and vertical signage systems) related to the plants, works and industrial areas owned by CACIP (Provincial Industrial Consortium of Cagliari) managed by Tecnocasic S.p.A. - Provisional deposit pursuant to art. 93 of Legislative Decree 50/2016; definitive guaranty guarantee in the amount of 10% of the contract award amounttion; insurance policy indicated in art. 11, paragraph 2, of the Special Tender Specifications.

Own funding funds

- non-existence of the grounds for exclusion indicated in art. 80 of the contract code; non-existence of the causes of exclusion of art. 9, paragraph 2, letter c), of Legislative Decree 231/2001 and subsequent amendments and additions; regular duties regarding the right to workgold of the disabled according to the law 68/1999 or of the other normative dispositions in force in matter,

- that they are not, compared to another participant to the same procedure of assignment, in a situation of control of which to the art. 2359 of the Italian Civil Code or in any report, even de facto, if the control situation or the relationship implies that the offers are attributable to a-sole decision-making center,

- not participating in the tender in more than one temporary grouping or ordinary consortium or not participating in the tender even in individual form if they participate in the pooling or in the consortium,

- which do not fall under the prohibitions Articles. 45, 47 and 48 of the contract code,

- registration in the Chamber of Commerce Register of Companies, iindustry, crafts and agriculture of the Province where the economic operator is based, or in a similar register of the State of belonging (Annex xI C of the code of contracts), for activities appropriate to the subject of the contract.

In particular, the competitor not established in Italy but in another Member State of one of the countries referred to in art. 83, paragraph 3, of the Code, presents sworn declaration-or according to the modalities in force in the State in which it is established
