Contract description:

Collection, transport and treatment of waste deriving from street cleaning CER 200303 from the area managed by MMS S.p.A. and from Marche Multiservizi Falconara.

The services that make up the subject of this contract are summarized as follows:

- main service also in economic terms pursuant to art.. 48, paragraph 2, Legislative Decree 50/2016: collection, transport and treatment of waste deriving from street sweeping (CER 200303) produced in the territory managed by the Customer in the PU province and by Marche Multiservizi Falconara S.r.l. in the territory of Falconara M.ma, (AN) all as per the special tender specifications (CSA) and service project, to which reference should be made,

- prestsecondary action pursuant to art. 48, paragraph 2, Legislative Decree 50/2016: there are no secondary benefits.

The parts of the service that will be performed by the individual economic operators that are assembled or consortium must be specified.

The contract will have a duration of 2 (two) years, and may be subject to renewal under the same terms and conditions, for a further 1 (one) year period under the same conditionsnomico-contractual as the client`s faculty.

The presumed amount of the contract, calculated as the estimated maximum amount based on the tender for the contractual period of 2 years is established equal to 803 000.00 EUR (eight hundred and three thousand / 00) of which 3 174.00 EUR (three thousand one hundred and seventy four / 00) for security charges notsubject to a discount, in addition to VAT, accounted for to the extent of unit prices lowered than those offered at the time of the tender, regardless of the fact that the contractual amount is not reached within that term and, instead, that it is reached in a shorter term .

Amount net of security charges: EUR 799 826, 00 (seven hundred ninety nine thousand eight hundred twenty-six / 00).

Requests are:

- declaration of absence of the reasons for exclusion pursuant to art. 80, c. 1, 2, 4 and 5, Legislative Decree 50/2016,

- declaration of professional requirements pursuant to art. 83, c. 1, lett. a) Legislative Decree 50/2016 that is registration in the register of the Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Handicraft and Agriculture for activities similar to those object of the tender,

- declaration of registration in the National Register of Environmental Operatorsi, in Category 1, Class B or higher, or alternatively and suffice Cat. 1, sub-category D1 class B - between 100 000 and 500 000 inhabitants, containing the CER Code 200303 and the National Register for Transporter C / third ( companies with registered offices in another EU country will be admitted to participate in this tender in accordance with the provisions of article 116, paragraph 2 of Legislative Decree 209 /2005),

- declaration of acceptance of the conditions relating to the contract,

- provisional security deposit (see infra point II.2.14),

- receipt of payment for ANAC contributions,

- PassOE.

According to the art. 83, c. 1, lett. b) Legislative Decree 50/2016, economic operators must have adequate economic and financial capacity. Means of proof, pursuant to art. XVII pt. The Legislative Decree 50/2016 are the original bank statements. The minimum levels of capacity required, and specified above, must result from these means of testing. The requirements, taking into account the ANAC resolution n. 183/2007, are dimensioned on the certain amount of the contract, that is relative to the first 2 years.
