Refuse and waste related services.

The contract has as its object the service of recovery of cumbersome waste (EER code 20.03.07) to be carried out according to the procedures set out in the Special Tender Specifications.

1) provisional deposit equal to 2% of the amount placed at the tender base pursuant toor assigned. 93 of Legislative Decree 50/2016;

2) surety guarantee equal to 10% of the amount of the award pursuant to art. 103 of Legislative Decree. 50/2016

The contract is financed with own funds from the Contracting Authority
