The subject of the invitation to tender is an order for reception services for the client at their following locations in Duesseldorf:

(1) Visitor management with registration, forwarding, deregistration and documentation, as well as the access control and if necessary the necessary conclusions(2) function of the first point of contact and information point for service providers and guests;

(3) exercise of the homeowner function in the reception services; (4) receive reports of disturbances from existing systems and initiate appropriate action according to defined emergency plans; (5) Monitoring the recording of the video cameras from the outside areah and operation of the intercom systems required for the access control to the building;

(6) temporary takeover of the attendant;

(7) control and allocation of visitor parking;

(8) Car rental pick-up and return to the lender, as well as information and forwarding to the internal hire car order;

(9) to carry out first aid measures when necessary;

(10) To(11) Participation in regular trainings and training related to reception, service and presentation services (in particular etiquette).

Submission of an excerpt of entry into a profession or commercial register, in accordance with the legislation of the State in which the Bestablished, alternatively by other means, not later than 6 months from the date of the contract notice (to be submitted to consortia for each member). The proof to i.) Should be inscribed with proof 01.

1) Statement of the total turnover per business year for the last 3 business years, if appropriate information is available (to be provided to consortiafor each member);

2) statement of turnover in the scope of the contract for the last 3 financial years, provided that the information is available (to be provided to each group for consortia). For this the form 03 has to be used;

3) professional or public liability insurance.
