The Landkreis Calw has taken over the Weil section of the town of Calw the "Wuerttemberg Black Forest Railway" (route 4810) by the Deutsche Bahn AG on 1.1.1994In the meantime, both the project sponsorship and the ownership of the route have been transferred to the Zweckverband Hermann-Hesse-Bahn ("Zweckverband Hermann-Hesse-Bahn") .The planned transport offer results in the necessity of the historical route guidance between Weil the city and Ostelsheim to shorten by about 3 kmThe subject of the envisaged negotiated procedure with upstream competition for entry is the shell of the tunnel, the upstream and subsequent pre-cutting and the equipment of the "Ostelsheimer Kurve" in the section from approx. km 27.8 40 to 32.9 25 Tunnels with a Trockenloeschleitung including LoeschwasservorratsbeHaelter and Loeschwassersammelbecken. The scope of services does not include railway engineering with tracks and tracks, as well as the tunnel equipment (control and safety technology, radio, etc.). The following evidence must be submitted by the applicant with the request to participate:

- current excerpt from the commercial register (Handwerksrolle, Handwerkskanumber, register of the IHK) of the seat of the bidders, not older than 3 months, calculated from the day of opening of the participation application,

- proof of registration with the professional association or for applicants who are not based in Germany, presentation of a certificate of the responsible insurance carrier, with validity until the end of the binding period (30.4.2020),

- confirmation by the insurerof the applicant on the existence of a public liability, the personal injury to min. EUR 5 000 000 and other damage up to min. EUR 5 000 000. If there is no public liability in the specified amount, please provide proof / binding commitment from the insurer that, in the case of the commission, a corresponding increase in the amount of liability will be made.

By the applicantmust be accompanied by the request for participation as proof of self-assessment (KEV 179 AngErg Suitability) in such a way that: - the company is not in liquidation, - the responsible persons have not committed serious misconduct that calls into question the reliability of the applicants; Payment obligations for taxes, duties and contributions to the statutory social security- the payment obligation (tax office, health insurance, etc.) is duly fulfilled, - compliance with the tariff fidelity and the minimum payment obligation.
