The contract relates to the supply of railway turnouts, complying with the.

Main Site: Depositi Ferrovienord S.p.A. of Saronno ovest (VA) per branch Milan and Rovato (BS) per Iseo branch.

The total amount estimated to be equal to EUR 1 950 000.00 (one million nine hundred and fifty thousand / 00 euros) and is divided as follows:

- 1 700 000.00 EUR (one million seven hundred thousand / 00 euros) per Milan branch.

- 250 000.00 EUR (two hundred and fifty thousand euros) per Iseo branch. There are no safety charges.

Duration: 36 months, from the date of signing the contract.

Contract not divided into lots because it is a functional supply to the maintenance of the contract.entire network of Ferrovienord Branch Milan and homogeneous for the entire network itself.

a. possession of the general requirements as per art. 80 of Legislative Decree 50/16;

b. registration in the Register of Companies of the Chamber of Commerce or, if not resident in Italy, in a similar register of the State of belonging, for activities attributable to the sector of the contract to be awarded.the publication of this Announcement (years 2015 2017) a minimum annual turnover of no less than 2 times the estimated value of the contract to be awarded, calculated in relation to the reference period of the same.

1) The procedure will be carried out according to the D .Lgs. 50/16. Since this is a contract that falls within the special sectors, this procedure has been carried out pursuant to Legislative Decree 50/16 within the limitsthe provisions envisaged and / or referred to in Title VI of Section I of the same, as well as the additional articles from time to time expressly mentioned in the tender documentation. It should therefore be noted, also in accordance with the Presidential Announcement of the ANAC of 4.5.2016, that the Awarding Authority for the demonstration of the requirements for the successful tenderer will not operate through the AVCPass.

2)-award and the criterion pursuant to art. 95, comma 4 lett. b of Legislative Decree 50/16. The Contracting Authority, in line with the negotiating nature of this procedure, will follow up the phase of relaunching the economic offers in order to achieve their improvement. The methods of negotiation are indicated in the tender specifications. At the end of the negotiation phase, you will be updated-ranking list.

3) The anomaly threshold will be determined by one of the calculation methods provided for by art. 97, paragraph 2 of Legislative Decree 50/16, identified by drawing lots during the tender. If the offer appears abnormally low, the bidder will be invited to submit the related justifications as per art. 97, paragraphs 4 and 5. Justification in relation to salary treatments will not be admittedthe mandatory minimum established by law or by sources authorized by law and security charges.

4) It is possible to obtain clarifications on this procedure by proposing written questions to be sent exclusively to the person in charge of the selection procedure exclusively by PEC concerning : at the address: acquisti.forniture.fnm@legalmail.it within the day15.10.2018, otherwise communications will be considered null and void and will not be included in the file of the procedure. The answers to the requests for clarifications and / or any additional substantial information regarding this procedure will be published anonymously on the website www.fnmgroup.it in the tenders and contracts section and will form an integral part of the documentation-of tender.

5) This notice does not in any way bind the Company which reserves the right to cancel the tender at any time, thereby determining the possible rights and expectations of the candidates in this regard.
