VNG Handel & Vertrieb GmbH (VNG H & V) writes in the context of this award procedure for itself and its subsidiaries and on behalf of both VNG AG and its subsidiaries as well as VNG Gasspeicher GmbH (VGS) and its subsidiaries Modernization of the means of communication and the telecommunications landscape in the unregulated part of the VNGMain site: VNG Handel & Vertrieb GmbH

According to VNG H & V, the currently existing communication system in the unregulated area is no longer in line with the current generation of modern technology in terms of technology and functional scope (hereinafter referred to as "VNG nreg") Communication solutions: VNG H & V now intends to use this system certificate for "VNG nreg"nd to supplement by a zeitgemaessen, modern and the amended requirements accordingly networked telecommunications service, the functional area Buerotelefonie / Buerokommunikationslandschaft (short: "Buero-KL") successively equip and thus renew it is a supply of the IP telephones to be provided in the future, as well as existing PCs and mobile devices via a commoname Team Collaboration (TC) platform. The management of the telephony components of the aforementioned platform is also the subject of this call for tender.

The provision should be made on a cloud basis and implemented by means of a rental model. Defined interfaces to other domestic and external telephone systems must be taken into account. Great attention is in this context auFor example, a company belonging to the VNG Group currently operates a group-wide telecommunications system among others for "VNG nreg" for the client.

It is intended to use the new telecommunications infrastructure for the " Buero-KL "in the existing desktop application landscape, which was built on the basis of the manufacturer Microsoft to integrateIn order to be able to fully utilize existing Microsoft licenses and to achieve the greatest possible integration of the functional scope between the currently used applications and the new system.

Furthermore, taking into account the deployment model, a high proportion of functions from the existing Microsoft Cloud (Office 365), especially fromFrom the point of view of the awarding authority, a conversion of the previously used application portfolio is therefore not possible from an economic and control-technical point of view, as this means that system security can no longer be produced to the necessary extent tendering body uneconomical because the notuse of existing and fully-funded licenses in this context is inadequate to acquire licenses for alternative products instead. Such an approach is contrary to the principles of economy and economy.

According to the awarding authority, a homogeneous telephony system landscape must be ensured in order to:
