The subject of the procurement procedure is the procurement of network components through a framework agreement in 3 lots with 3 and 6 economic operators respectively Site: Munich (General Administration), institutes and facilities of Max-Planck-Gesellschaft and the legally independent organizational units in Muelheim, Duesseldorf, Hamburg and Frankfurt aM

The subject of this lot 1 is the procurement of network components by means of a framework agreement with 3 economic operators.

As network components will Switand routers that are used by the customer's requirements managers to set up a network infrastructure. Procurement is made to meet the needs of existing heterogeneous system landscapes in the various institutes and facilities. The product portfolio required by the MPG and described in these tender documents must be provided by the future contractorIt can be offered and can be called up via a connection of the online shop to the SRM system of the MPG.

- Equipment class 1: Installation switch (this lot 1)

With respective market requirements and equipment features.

Bidders are also allowed to submit offers for all lots. if they are able to cover the required product portfolio with suitable equipment. When a bidder offersfor multiple lots, it must choose one manufacturer for each lot.

The procurement of WLAN components is not the subject of this tendering procedure as it will be covered by another framework agreement which will compete in parallel with the present one. The procurement of SAN-Sw is also not the subject of this tendering procedureHowever, these are also covered by another framework agreement. However, in addition to the supply of network components, the scope of supply and services includes services as well as the procurement of network component accessories from a wide range of products.

The General Administration and the institutes and facilities of the Max Planck Society &After all, the network components and the respective accessories have to be put together individually in the contractor's online shop within the contractually agreed assortment as far as individualization (eg modules with modular switches) is technically possible and free configurable. In addition, they must herefor the individual and total price (broken down nach the service components). This view must be printable.

In addition, services (part of the so-called supplementary services) must be individually selectable in the online shop for each network component offered.

The scope of services consists of the following components:

1) Provision, connection and operation an online store-for the MPG;

2) sale and supply of network components including accessories (whereby the accessories can be ordered separately);

3) Additional services:

a) Services (eg repair, replacement, on-site support); b) Provision an online platform with relevant current content, in particular documentation (including user and administration manuals, Beschfriction of the configuration and commissioning) and downloads (eg updates of the operating software, current drivers, etc.);

c) Permanently available contact point for service requests (eg fault message, first malfunction diagnosis)

d) Reporting (reporting) with reports about individual orders and the agreed assortment.

I) The bidder has failed to recognize the exclusion of i.S.d. -- 123 or 124 GWB for each offer to prove (see - 42 para 1 VgV).

For this purpose, the bidder has to explain using the Appendix 7 that none of the exclusion reasons mentioned there i.S.d. -- 123, 124 GWB.

The informationIt must be done completely and the questions must be answered in their entirety. The possibility of self-cleaning according to - 125 GWB is pointed out. If the bidder has taken appropriate self-cleaning measures, these are also to be represented on a separate document.

The declaration on the absence of exclusion reasons according to -- 123, 124 GWB is mandatory for any company (ie.-also by those companies on whose suit the bidder invokes and by each member of a BG) to submit the offer.

When using the EEE (see Chapter 1.16.3), the bidder has the appropriate information on the absence of exclusion - 123, 124 GWB in Part III of the EEE.

Since the entry into force of the competition register law, the client has been obliged to request entry of the best bidder in the competition register for orders with a net order value of more than EUR 30, 000 before the contract is awarded. 1) Company profile [EK-02]

The following information is required on the economic operator (company profile):

An offer must be structured according to the following structure, whereby the order of required information, statements and proofs must be observed:

1) Individual letter from the tenderer dated and in case of a written offer (see chapter 1.10.2)own signature;

Note: the cover letter to the offer is individual by the tenderer, d. H. on a separate document and to submit the tender d. H. in case of an electronic offer (see chapter 1.10.1) as a PDF document. Section 56 (3) VgV. A ReEntitlement to a request pursuant to - 56 (2) VgV does not exist in principle. If the bidder fails to comply with this requirement or fails to do so on time, the respective offer must be excluded.
