The subject of the procurement procedure is the procurement of network components through a framework agreement in 3 lots with 3 and 6 economic operators respectively Site: Munich (General Administration), institutes and facilities of Max-Planck-Gesellschaft and the legally independent organizational units in Muelheim, Duesseldorf, Hamburg and Frankfurt aM

The subject of this lot 1 is the procurement of network components by means of a framework agreement with 3 economic operators.

As network components will Switand routers that are used by the customer's requirements managers to set up a network infrastructure. Procurement is made to meet the needs of existing heterogeneous system landscapes in the various institutes and facilities. The product portfolio required by the MPG and described in these tender documents must be provided by the future contractorIt can be offered and can be called up via a connection of the online shop to the SRM system of the MPG.

- Equipment class 1: Installation switch (this lot 1)

Bidders are also allowed to submit offers for all lots. if they are able to cover the required product portfolio with suitable equipment. When a bidder offersfor multiple lots, it must choose one manufacturer for each lot.

The procurement of WLAN components is not the subject of this tendering procedure as it will be covered by another framework agreement which will compete in parallel with the present one. The procurement of SAN-Sw is also not the subject of this tendering procedureHowever, these are also covered by another framework agreement. However, in addition to the supply of network components, the scope of supply and services includes services as well as the procurement of network component accessories from a wide range of products.

The General Administration and the institutes and facilities of the Max Planck Society &After all, the network components and the respective accessories have to be put together individually in the contractor's online shop within the contractually agreed assortment as far as individualization (eg modules with modular switches) is technically possible and free configurable. For this purpose, the bidder has to explain using the Appendix 7 that none of the exclusion reasons mentioned there i.S.d. -- 123, 124 GWB.
