The object of the order are services for the placement of advertisements in print and online media for the BImA. The client places ads all year roundIn regional, national and international media and in online portals (e.g. stepstone, job online, etc.) for the sale and rental or rental of real estate (of all kinds) and filling positions within the BImA.

The subject of the order are services for placing advertisements in print and online media for the BImA. The customer switchedet year-round advertisements in regional, national and international media and in online portals (e.g. stepstone, job-online, etc.) for the sale and rental or rental of real estate (of all kinds) as well as filling positions within the BImA.

Planned scope of services

The scope of services per year is approx. 1, 100 orders. This corresponded to a scope of services in 2019 i.H. v. approx. EUR 1.9 million. This also includes orders without contractor income for advertisements in public media such as. B. in German official gazettes. About 4% of the orders mentioned are published in free media. The upper limit is 6, 000 orders over the entire term of the contract.

- self-declaration according to - 124 Paragraph 1 No. 2 GWB that no bankruptcy proceedings or a comparable, legally regulated procedure has been openede, an application for opening was not refused due to the lack of mass, that the company is not in the process of liquidation and that the company or its members of the executive board have not committed any serious misconduct that jeopardizes the integrity of the company;

- Self-declaration on further optional Reasons for exclusion in accordance with section 124 (1) GWB;

- Self-declaration in accordance with section 124 para. 2 GWB for violations of further laws; Violations of the Posted Workers Act (AEntG) and the Minimum Wages Act (MiLoG);

- Self-declaration for reasons for non-exclusion and self-cleaning measures in accordance with Section 125 (2) GWB (included in form Appendix B-03).

The public liability insurance has to show at least the following cover amounts per claim: Verdamage to property 500 000 EUR. If the business liability insurance does not currently reach the aforementioned coverage amounts or if business liability insurance has not yet been taken out, the bidder is obliged to increase or conclude the coverage amounts accordingly in the event of the award of the contract (included in form B-03)company and turnover in relation to the advertised type of service, each based on the last 3 closed business years (included in form B-03) one member as an authorized representativeRepresentative. Bidders` associations must undertake, in the event of an order being placed, to perform the contractual service with the named other members of the bidding consortium as a joint venture and to be jointly and severally liable for all liabilities arising in connection with the contract. The bidding consortium is responsible for submitting the aforementioned declarationsdeclaration (form Annex B-03).

Only upon separate request of the client are the "Bidder information with own declarations" (form Annex B-03) with own declarations to Section 2.1. General information about the company, 2.2. Additional information for sole proprietorships, 3. mandatory and optional reasons for exclusion, 4. company custodycompulsory insurance, 8. self-declaration on the provision of services and 9. performance-related information about the company and, if applicable, further self-declarations and any evidence. The authorized representative of the bidding consortium, on the other hand, must provide a fully completed "Bidder information with own declarations" (Appendix B-03).

Description of the partial services with Umfor which the use of subcontractors is planned (included in form B-03).

The tenderer is only obliged to name the subcontractors intended for the execution of the order and to submit declarations of commitment from the subcontractor (form Annex B-06 ). The bidder then has for each of the subcontractorscontractor to provide the "bidder information in the procurement procedure" with own explanations to Section 2.1. General information about the company, 2.2. additional information for sole proprietorships, 3. Mandatory and optional reasons for exclusion and any evidence.

Description of the suitability criteria to which the suitability loan refers and the means and capacities available from third parties(included in form B-03).

The bidder is only obliged to name the companies whose capacities are to be used and to submit undertakings from these companies (form Annex B-06). . For each company whose capacities are to be used, the bidder hasthe "bidder information in the procurement procedure" with own explanations to Section 2.1. General information about the company, 2.2. additional information for sole proprietorships, 3. mandatory and optional reasons for exclusion and, if applicable, further self-explanations and any evidence to be provided (Appendix B-02).

Questions about the tender documents will only beanswered if they are no later than May 6, 2020; 12.00 p.m. at the e-procurement platform.

Offers can only be submitted via the federal e-procurement platform (www.evergabe-online.de). Submitting an offer by email or fax is not permitted and will lead to the exclusion of the offer from the procedure.
