ENERVIE Vernetzt GmbH builds and operates networks and facilities for the distribution of electricity, gas and water in the South Westphalia region. As a large network company, it is a competent infrastructure service provider for the supply of around 400, 000 customers and opens the electricity and gas network to all network customers and suppliers without discrimination.
Main Site: Locationr Hagen Platz der Impulse 1 58093 Hagen Warehouse Luedenscheid Assmannstr. 9 58507 Luedenscheid.
The subject of this invitation to tender is the service for the operation of a network warehouse with two locations and a medium inventory with a value of goods currently approx. EUR 2.5 million net in the form of a joint operation with the client Contract start is for the 02.04.2018, the start of service is scheduled for 04.06.2018. Responsibilities are set out in a management agreement, which is attached to the specifications in the draft.
Paragraph The two locations of the network warehouse are:
1. Central warehouse in Luedenscheid, Assmannstr. 9;
internal bearing surface: 3 053 m;
external bearing surface: 6 800 m;
paragraph 2. Contamination and picking warehouse at the central stationndern of the Enervie Group, Platz der Impulse 1, 58093 Hagen;
internal storage area: 1 327 m;
external storage area: 1 368 m;
The storage area information is inclusive of the racking systems.
Paragraph The services to be provided include:
- Disposition of material (about 3500 SAP master records)
- Receipt of goods (about 3000 (large) packaging units per year), including unloading from Lieferah
- Storage of goods;
- Provision of individual goods for collection (approximately 28000 outgoing goods per year), grouped into individual commissions according to electronic order;
