The lines of the bus line "Stadtverkehr Rastatt" ("Rastadtbus") contain the inner-city development of the city Rastatt and connect the residential areas outside the city center with the important destinations-in the core city. The services in the bus traffic can start from start of operation on schedule with 11 vehicles (10 standard buses low floor, 1 articulated bus niederflur) as well as in an average calendar year with rounded 531 361 Nkm (commercial vehicle kilometers) p. a. as well as 25 244 timed round trips p. a. Proof of registration in the trade or professional register in accordance with the legislation of the country in which the tenderer is established, provided that the tenderer is entered in the trade or professional register. For the case of-Non-registration: the submission of a business registration (for foreign bidders: or similar). The proof must show at least the authorized persons.

- Tenderer's declaration on the financial and economic capacity (detailed requirements for the declaration to be issued, see Annex 1 to the letter of application, the form must be used),

- VerpflDeclarations of Liability pursuant to Section 3 (1) to (3) LTMG (Levy Reminder Statement) and Section 4 (1) LTMG (Minimum Remuneration Clarification) for applicants and their subcontractors and distributors (Section 6 (1) S.1 LTMG), insofar as these are already known upon submission of the application to participate (For detailed requirements on the declaration to be issued, see Annex 2 to the letter of formal notice;apply)

- Certification in tax matters of the responsible tax office. The certificate must contain information on the tax situation and the tax declaration obligations [the certificate must be valid at the time of the submission of the application]. If no period of validity is specified on the certificate, the date of issue may be compared to the date of subnsubmission of application no longer than 3 months ago, d. H. not later than the reference date: 12.08.2018,

- certificate from the municipality of the registered office about the fiscal reliability [the certificate must be valid at the time of the submission of the application]. Provided that no taxes are paid to the municipality of the company headquarters, but to the municipalities of the respective companyIn addition, the tenderer must also provide the certificate of fiscal reliability of the municipality in which the place of business intended to provide the contractual traffic is established.
