The contract is for management purpose of school transport and local public transport services for the period 1.12019 31.8.2023 with the possibility of optingions for a further 2 (two) school years - CIG: 76250251B0

The amount based on the tender and calculated in EUR 1 603 470.35 net of VAT, inclusive of all costs and expenses deriving from the performance of the services object of the tender .

The presumed maximum value of the contract, pursuant to art. 35, co. 4 of the Code, and equal to 2 244 858.49 EUR plus VAT law and includes the option for the continuation ofcontract for a further 2 (two) years if the Municipality makes use of the faculty pursuant to art. 63, co. 5 of Legislative Decree no. 50 / 2016.

The amount based on the tender and including any tax and / or tax burden.

The amount of charges for security from interference amounts to EUR 0.00. There is therefore no need to prepare a Risk Assessment Document (so-called D.U.V.R.I.).the economic operators for which there are grounds for exclusion pursuant to art. 80 of the Code.

The economic operators who have conferred professional appointments or concluded employment contracts with former employees of the contracting authority who have exercised authoritative or negotiating powers on behalf of the same have also been excluded in the last three years of service (art.53, paragraph 16-ter, of Legislative Decree 30.3.2001 n. 165, introduced by art. 1, paragraph 42, letter l), of the Law 6.11.2012 n. 190 - c.d. );

Economic operators having their registered office, residence or domicile in the countries included in the c.d. black list as per the Decree of the Minister of Finance of 4.5.1999 and the decree of the Minister of Economy and Finance of 21.11.2001 must, under penalty of exclusion from the tender, andin possession of the authorization in progress of validity issued pursuant to the D.M. 14.12.2010 of the Ministry of the Economy and Finance pursuant to Article 37 of Legislative Decree No. 3.5.2010 No. 78, Conv., No. 122/2010), or of the application for authorization presented pursuant to art. 1, paragraph 3 of the D.M. 14.12.2010.

The non-acceptance of the clauses contained in the protocols of legality and in the agreementsof integrity constitutes a reason for exclusion from the tender, pursuant to art. 1, paragraph 17 of the l. 190 / 2012.

The competitors will have to produce a declaration concerning the global turnover of the company and will also have an average turnover related to similar activities carried out in the local public transport sectors carried out in the last 3 years (financial years 2015/2016 2017), inteso as the sum of compensation received for services rendered or service obligations assumed and revenues from the sale of travel documents, for transport services similar to those in the tender, not less than EUR 641 388.14, at least € 200, 000.00 from school transport services and the remaining € 441 388, 14 from TPL services.n specific turnover for both services subject to tender in consideration of the peculiarities of the two types of transport object of the contract. * * The contract is carried out in full electronic mode: the offers must be formulated by economic operators and received by the contracting authority exclusively by means of the Telematic Regional Purchasing System of Tuscany accessibile at the internet address https://start.toscana.it. It is not allowed to send the offer in other ways. * * Any requests for clarifications concerning the tender in question must be formulated through the appropriate section, in the area reserved for this tender, at the address:

https: //www.regione.toscana.it/start. Through and only the same means, the Concession Station prhe will provide answers. The Conceding Station intends to respond to requests for clarification that will arrive within 4 (four) working days (excluding therefore Saturday and Sunday) from the expiration date of the deadline established for the receipt of offers.
