The district of Coesfeld intends to be the competent authority i.S.d. Regulation (EC) No 1370/2007 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23.10.2007 on public passenger transport services (Regulation 1370/2007), on the award of a public service contract for public passenger transport services for the coach services of the COE 5 services Coesfeld pursuant to Article 5 (1), second sentence, Regulation (EC) No 1370/2007. The following tenders are covered by the proposed award: 672, 673, 674, 675 and 677.

These are scheduled services under - 42 PBefG, the award of which is intended as a total service (VI.1 B). Start of operations for this traffic is 28.8.2019 (II.3). The term will be 8 years.

The bIntended public service contract includes the provision of adequate public transport services (public passenger transport services in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1370/2007) throughout its territory throughout its territory.
