Open procedure tender for the subcontracting of public transport services of the suburban service of-Padua.

The service object of the contract and the subcontracting of motor racing for the public service of extra-urban line for the Province of Padua.

The service provides a total annual distance of 1 350 000 km, under the conditions and as specified in the tender documentation.

The duration of the contract is foreseen in years 1, with the option of renewal in favor of the committeesfor a further 12 months.

Subdivision into lots: the subdivision of the contract into lots is not foreseen, since only the assignment of the service to a single operator guarantees the regular execution of the transport service, even in unpredictable situations of technical difficulty. organizational requirements.

2. participation in this procedure of choice of the contractor carried out in electronic and open mode, prior-identification, to all interested operators in possession of the IT equipment indicated in the document on the portal, named, as well as a certified e-mail address (PEC). The legal representative of a digital signature certificate is required, in the course of validity generated by a device for the creation of a secure signature.ra, in accordance with the provisions of art. 38, paragraph 2, of the D.P.R. n. 445/2000 and art. 65 of Legislative Decree no. 82/2005;

3. the documentation produced by the competing subjects will not be returned;

4. Busitalia Veneto S.p.A. reserves the right to interrupt, revoke or cancel the tender at any time on the basis of assessments of its own exclusive competence, without the competitors being able to claimand rights, claims or expectations of sorts;

5. any questions or clarifications on the content of the present competition, may be requested only by competitors authorized to the portal (https://www.buybusi.it), as well as qualified to the tender, no later than the deadline indicated on the Busitalia portal, at the link : Announcements and notices in progress, Area RdO, RdO: rfq_1602, using only strument of the available within the aforementioned portal. The answers to the clarifications will be reported in the appropriate area or as an attached document in the area of the online race and will be visible to the competitors authorized to the race. A communication (e-mail) will also be sent to the contested candidates with an invitation to read the answers to the clarifications / questions. 6. the winning bidder will be required to reimburse the expenses incurred by this contracting authority with reference to the provisions of the D.L. 18.10.2012, n. 179, converted into Law 17.12.2012, n. 221, art. 34, paragraph 35;

7. the subject to which they areentrusted with the duties of the person in charge of the procedure, pursuant to art. 31, co. 10 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 and, for the phase of experimentation of the tender procedure, dr. Antonio Cirillo, responsible for the procurement of goods and services of the parent company Busitalia Sita Nord S.r.l.;

8. social clause. The supplier is bound to guarantee, in full compliance with the provisions of art. 29, c. 3., Legislative Decree n. 276 /2003, from the articles 30, c. 4., and 50, c.1., Legislative Decree n. 50/2016, and by the CCNL Autoferrotranvieri (Article 16, AN 28.11.2015, and Article 7, AN 14.12.2004), the seamless transfer of all personnel employed by the outgoing operator and employed by him in the services of the present tender (with the exception of managers), under the conditions set out in the tender specifications
