The contractor provides the drivers and the vehicles for the provision of transport services for the two city bus lines that make up the city bus Pfarrkirchen (Mooshof / Steffelsoed / Degernbach / Gartlberg / Hospital zum Stadtplatz in Pfarrkirchen ).

The contractor sprovides the drivers and vehicles for the provision of transport services for the two city bus lines that make up the city bus Pfarrkirchen (Mooshof / Steffelsoed / Degernbach / Gartlberg / hospital to the town square in Pfarrkirchen). He is obliged to use two own vehicles for the provision of these transport services. The contractor agrees to hisalways keep the vehicles set in a safe and clean and well-maintained condition and to carry out the tests required by the Road Traffic Licensing Regulations (StVZO) on time. The contractor is responsible for the internal and external cleaning, maintenance, servicing, repair and storage of the contractor's vehicles. In case of failure eiIn the case of a vehicle, the contractor is obliged to make available an own vehicle as a replacement without delay. In addition, the contractor must provide and use his own reinforcing bus.

3) A grouping of tenders must submit a tendering organization statement signed by all the members (see Section II (1) of the form). The interpretations according to Sections III and IV of theForms are to be provided for each member of the consortium. For each member of the Group, the form must be reproduced and processed accordingly.

4) If the tenderer / consortium intends to use the abilities of other, legally independent undertakings ("subcontractors") to fulfill its mandate, it must: she the Teiof the contract to be awarded by subcontracting, in Section II (2) of the form.
