The district intends to be the competent authority i.S.d. Regulation (EC) No 1370/2007 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23.10.2007 on public passenger transport services (Regulation 1370/2007), the award of a public service contract for public passenger transport services (bus services) on route 50 (Sigmaringen Neidingen Langenbrunn Beuron) in the district of Sigmaringen in accordance with the second sentence of Article 5 (1) of Regulation (EC) No 1370/2007. A detailed description of the line and the operating concept can be found in the supplementary document to this preliminary announcement. See section 3 under VI.1). These are exclusively regular services according to - 42 PBefG. The award of the service is intended as a total service (VI.1)Number 2). Start of operations for these transport services is 1.12.2019 (II.3)). The term will be at least 6 years. The intended public service contract covers for its duration the assurance of a sufficient service with public transport services (public passenger transport services according to Regulation (EC) No. 1370/2007) in geentire area covered by it. The public service contract will also contain provisions to adjust the transport offer within a specific (quantity) corridor to changing traffic needs. In the framework defined in this way, changes can be made both with regard to the travel offer and the course of the line as well as with regard to the timetable uAs a result, the line may change, new rides may be added, or today's rides may disappear. The amount of traffic specified in II.2 below can therefore be reduced or extended within the (quantity) corridor of the public service contract. The district Sigmaringen comes with this information the obligation to publish according to - 8aPar. 2 Passenger Transportation Act (PBefG) i.V.m. Article 7 (2) of Regulation (EC) No 1370/2007.
