Conclusion of a framework agreement for the provision of facilitation and advisory services in the context of formal and informal networking events

The subject of the service is the consultation in preparation, executionImplementation and follow-up of events of the Federal Network Agency in the context of the entire planning process in network expansion. The advisory service is to be provided both by pre- and post-processing of the events, as well as by the moderation of the events.

Main Site: The preparation is at the headquarters of the contractor or, if necessary, at the official residence of the Federal Network Agency inBonn. The presentation will take place at the respective venue.

The subject of the service is the consultation in the preparation, execution and follow-up of events organized by the Federal Network Agency within the framework of the entire planning process in network expansion acc. the service description. The consulting service is both by pre and post processing of the events, as well as byhosting the events.

The framework agreement covers a maximum of 1 200 person-hours per contract year. The contractor is guaranteed a minimum purchase quantity of 300 person hours per contract year. There is no purchase obligation beyond the minimum quantity.

The services are basically at the venue (within Germany) or the reworkingof the minutes at the registered office of the contractor. Discussions with the client will take place in principle at the official seat of the Bundesnetzagentur in Bonn.

A) Self-declaration Commercial Register:
