The subject of the contract to be awarded is project management services (PML). in connection with the testing of examination and treatment methods nIn accordance with - 137e SGB V. According to - 137e SGB V, the Joint Federal Committee (G-BA) may decide on a testing guideline when examining methods of examination and treatment in accordance with - 135 SGB V or - 137c SGB V if it reaches the conclusion that a method offers the potential of a required treatment alternative, but its usefulness has not yet been sufficiently substantiated. For die scientific monitoring and evaluation of the trials, the G-BA commissions a technically independent scientific institution. According to Chapter 2, Section 7, Section 24 of the Rules of Procedure (VerfO), the G-BA establishes a project management (PM) for the trials. The PM supports the G-BA professionally and administratively in the sense of a project sponsor in all phases of implementationtesting.

The project management services included in the order include in particular

- the announcement and management of the assignment of the study to a scientific institution in accordance with - 25 of the G-BA,

- the examination of study protocol and implementation steps in accordance with the specifications of the trial Directive,

- the current testfinancing according to - 26 VerfO of the G-BA,

- the preparation of reports on the performance of his duties,

- as well as the support of the G-BA in the performance of its duties under - 137e SGB V.

The project management services in connection with the testing of examination and treatment methods according to - 137e SGB V were already the subject of an earlier Ausdescription and commissioning (since 2014). The current contract ends on 29.9.2019.

The candidate / member of a bidding consortium has a current excerpt from the commercial register or a comparable register of the Member State in which the company is native to einzureicThe candidate / member of a consortium must submit a request for participation on the basis of a pre-defined application form (see section VI.3) for the purpose of assessing economic and financial viability To submit information / documents:

a) indication of the totalin the past three years (2015, 2016, 2017) and in the past three years with comparable services, broken down by year; If the turnover generated with comparable services was not recorded separately, it is sufficient to provide an estimate;

b) the latest (at least three months) written information from a credit institution for-Payment history. The information must show how long the business relationship between the respective credit institution and the applicant / member of an applicant community exists. The presentation of a photocopy is sufficient.

C) Proof of liability insurance with a coverage of EUR 2 million for property, personal and property damage per claim, twice maximizedt per annum by presentation of a certificate from the insurer (copy sufficient) or submission of a declaration from an insurer that in the case of an order insurance with the above minimum cover amounts is completed. A valid insurance policy must be submitted at the latest within 4 weeks of placing the order.

2) In addition to explanatory forms, the application form contains the information required under para.
