(1) Evidence and ErkQualifications according to - 6a EU VOB / A and -- 123, 124 GWB according to VHB-Form 124 (turnover of comparable services of the last 3 business years, references over comparable achievements of the last 5 calendar years, workers, register of professional registers, insolvency procedure, liquidation, no serious Missing, extract from commercial central register, payment of taxes and levies as well(2) If a subcontractor`s employment is planned, the nature and scope of the subcontractor`s services must be stated with the submission of the offer (VHB form 235). The following must be submitted at the latest on request: the names of the subcontractors, the evidence of the suitability of the subcontractor (to fulfill the suitability requirements or according to the required Nathe tenderer) and a letter of intent from the subcontractor stating that the required capacity is available in the event of a request and joint liability is assumed in the case of a qualifying loan (VHB form 236);
(3) If the group of contractors is envisaged (BG): statement with indication of the members; of the managing member, which legally binds BGI represent and declare that all members are jointly and severally liable (VHB Form 234).
The eligibility requirements are to be met by the BG as a whole, unless the submission according to Form 002 City FR (Evidence List VOB) is expressly requested by each member in particular paragraphs (4) and (5); (4) Undertaking to comply with Minde(LTCG Form 007 City FR);
(5) Commitment Declaration on Compliance with ILO Core Labor Standards (Form 004 City FR);
(6) Professional Indemnity Insurance;

The Single European Self-declaration (EEE) is also accepted as far as the required information is included. The client reserves the right to make self-explanations by supporting evidences. For foreign companies equivalent proof of suitability is allowed. The forms provided must be used.
The supporting documents must be submitted as far as possible with the submission of the offer or at the latest on request of the client. For further information, please refer to the tender documents, in particular the compilation of the proof of suitability to be submitted in accordance with Form 002 Stadt FR (VOB proof list).
