Open procedure for the assignment of support services for the management of administrative violations to the rules of the highway code, laws and regulations pertaining to the local police

The contract consists in carrying out the support service to the management of the sanctioning procedure for violations of the highway code, as well as polesadministrative aunt of the mayor of Taranto. It is divided into 2 distinct functional lots as per art. 3, paragraph 1, lett. qq) of the code (which basically differ from the place of residence of the recipient of the ITALY or foreign violation assessment), which may be awarded to the same competing party or to 2 different parties; all according to the prescriptionsof the relevant performance specifications as approved with executive decision no. 64 / 28.1.2020 of the local police department and according to the operational management procedures of the overall technical proposal formulated by the successful tenderer.

The services covered by the lot in question include support for the entire management of the administrative sanctioning procedure for violationsi to the N.C.d.S. (Legislative Decree 30.4.1992, n.285 and enforcement regulation, Presidential Decree 495/1992) and administrative violations of the laws of the state and local jurisdiction of the local police of Taranto (law 24.11.1981, n.689), including the IT management of all the procedures required by law, the consequent printing and mailing of the investigations of violation and accessory / additional sanctions, as well as the notification of these documents and of those constituting their procedural definition, with the necessary subsequent reporting of the related payments.

Eligibility requirements.

Registration with the competent C.C.I.A.A. for activities compatible with the award of services covered by the lot / s for which it is competing (for companies not resident in Italy, registration in the corresponding registprofessional or commercial ro in force in the country to which they belong; however, the provisions of art. 83 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016).
