The listed Town Hall was built in the years 1924 to Built in 1926 and 1954 1958.
The subject of the upcoming renovation in the 2nd construction phase is the south wing:
4 full storeys on the street side,
5 full storeys on the courtyard side
Ca. 2, 000 m of stripping work (surface plaster and fa-ade coatings),
approx. 1, 400 m of scratching plaster and silicate fa-ade painting.
Degrading work:
top coat with thick-layered elastic dispersion paint coat,
thick-layered elastic dispersion paint on window revealings and fashions,
thick-layered elastic dispersion paint coat on washable plaster.
Plaster work:
scratch scratchz 4 mm on reinforcing layer for concealed installation in stock,
beading around window reveals.
Painting work:
waterglass primer on exposed wash surfaces,
silicate stain filler,
silicate facade paint, 2-ply paint.
Plumber work:
zinc covers for belt u. Portal cornice to a limited extent.
