Open procedure for entrusting the ordinary maintenance service of the green areas of the Municipality of Taranto with reduced environmental impact, in compliance with the D.M. n. 13/2014

The contract consists of a service of planning and management of the ordinary maintenance services of theand identified by the project, owned by the Municipality of Taranto.

Main Site: Taranto Territory

Ordinary maintenance service of the green areas of the Municipality of Taranto, for the duration of 3 years starting from the day of signing the service delivery report .The school buildings, such as comprehensive schools and elementary schools, are included as indicative and not exhaustiveand middle schools, kindergartens, as well as buildings of municipal jurisdiction, the offices of municipal offices. Also includes the municipal gardens, some of the city parks and structures for which the intervention is set up under the competence of C.E .. Please refer to art. 1 of the special contract documents. A) registration in the register held by the Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Crafts and Agriculture opalso in the register of the provincial commissions for the handicraft for activities coherent with those object of the present tender procedure; the competitor not established in Italy but in another Member State or in one of the countries referred to in art. 83, paragraph 3, of the Code, presents sworn declaration or according to the procedures in force in the State in which it is established;

b) registration in the National Register of Geenvironmental issues aimed at transporting MSW, pruning mowing and packaging waste following separate collection generated during green operations;

c) non-existence of bankruptcy and / or insolvency proceedings for the economic operator in the last 5 years.

Lot A: annual amount EUR 1 708 386.77 plus VAT and security charges of EUR 26 138.32. importriennial: total based on tender 5 125 160.31 EUR over VAT and over security charges amounting to 78 414.96 EUR.

Lot B: annual amount 2 211 194.96 EUR over VAT and over security charges EUR 33 831, 28. Total triennial amount based on tender EUR 6 633 584.88 over VAT and over security charges amounting to EUR 101 493.84.
