Conclusion of a non-exclusive discount agreement pursuant to - 130a para. 8 SGB V to the active substance hydromorphone, ATC code: N02AA03, for the period from 1.9.2017 to a maximum of 31.8.2019 Drug discounts pursuant to section 130a para. 8 SGB V concerning the active substance (s) mentioned under item II.1.1. It is not the verOf public contracts within the meaning of Directive 2014/24 / EU of the European Parliament and of the Council or -- 97 ff GWB. The contracting party may be any pharmaceutical contractor in accordance with section 4 (18) AMG. According to the jurisprudence of the European Court of Justice, such authorization procedures are not necessarily subject to the right to make a grant, since no competition takes place due to the lack of a selection decisiont. The notice shall serve as a request for the conclusion of discount agreements with conditions which apply to all contractual partners and which are non-discriminatory, including the determination of the discount. The contract shall be concluded by signing the contract documents and submitting the required explanations which may be requested from the contact point designated under I.3)uehester inception, the 09/01/2017 provided the contract and signed the required declarations are with the notified under I.3) contact point received by 08/11/2017. This is referred to in IV.2.2).
