"Open House Contracts 2017-08" Conclusion of non-exclusive rebate agreements pursuant to - 130a para. 8 SGB V with possible access to the market at any time.

The TK pursues discount agreements with all appropriate pharmaceutical entrepreneurs according to - 130a para SGB V concerning the active substances, active substance combinations and / or administration substances listed in section II.2, respectivelyThe non-exclusive discount agreements concluded in the open-house procedure of the TK are fundamentally used to override the period between the patent procedure of active substances, active substance combinations or dosage forms, effective potencies and the entry into force of exclusive discount contracts pursuant to - 130a para SGB V. The future contracting parties are invited to regularly consult the Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union in respect of these notices of invitation to tenderAccess to this open-house procedure is possible at any time within the term of the agreement. A contract is concluded with all pharmaceutical entrepreneurs who meet the requirements of Annex 4 to the contract (self-declaration for admission and the company) and confirm this by their signature.

The present notice does not concern the award of an oeffentliContract within the meaning of the German Law on Laws of Conduct (2014/24 / EC) and the antitrust law. In the interest of the broadest possible information to the interested pharmaceutical entrepreneurs, this notice will be published in the Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union.
