CPV Description: Conclusion of non-exclusive discount agreements pursuant to section 130a para. 8 SGB V on various active substances and active substance combinations. The IKK classic hereby announces that it will cooperate with all of the interested parties within the scope of an open-house procedure within the period from 1 July 2017 to 31 August 2019.

Pharmaceutical productsAnd suitable pharmaceutical companies will conclude non-exclusive discount agreements pursuant to section 130a (8) SGB V on equal, non-negotiable terms in the period from 1 January 2017 to 31 August 2019 on various active substances and combinations of active ingredients. The earliest date for the contract is 1.9.2017, provided that the signed contract and all necessary proofs and proprietary noticesTo the IKK classic by the 11th of August. On receipt of the documents by the 9th of a respective month in the possible period of accession, the 1st of the following shall be the date of the contract. On receipt of the documents after the 9th of each month in the possible period of accession, the 1st of each of the following successive contracts shall be signed. An accession to the agreement is in theGiven period at any time, but at the latest by 9.7.2019. If exclusive discount agreements enter into one of the above-mentioned active substances as a result of a Europe-wide open procedure in the period, the corresponding "open-house" contracts will end with the start of these contracts To the Official Journal of the European UnionEuropean Union to provide transparent and broad information on the intentions of IKK classic. In the absence of an appropriate form for "open-house" procedures, the form for the notification of open procedures within the framework of the Public Procurement Direc- tive Directive (2014/24 / EU of the European Parliament and of the Council) and / or the antitrust law is used as a substitute.-This does not imply any submission to any legal regulations, as long as they are not compulsory for legal reasons.
