CPV Description: - - 130a (8) SGB V allows the health insurance companies (KK) and pharmaceutical companies to carry out framework agreements on the medicinal products to be distributed to the statutory KK close. The GWQ is a company for profitability and quality at KK acc. -130a para. 8 p. 5 SGB V for their shareholder and client funds. In view of the statutory provisions governing the award of public contracts, a regular process of active substance-related, public procurement procedure is carried out by GWQ ServicePlus AG in accordance with the regulations of Part Four of the GWB. GWQ ServicePlus AG intends to grant non-exclusive discount agreements pursuant to - 130a para. 8 SGB V to the above- Active substance with contract start to 1.9.2017 close. This Vert(GWQ) assumes that this procedure does not fall within the scope of application of the anti-trust legislation due to the lack of a selection decision and the non-discriminatory accessibility of all pharmaceutical companies. The Contracting PartyThe participating health insurance funds and their transpositions as well as the dates for the notification of the contract can be viewed and downloaded on the GWQ ServicePlus AG procurement portal at http://vergabeportal.gwq-serviceplus.de. Until the start of the contract, this transition agreement shall be open for accession to all market participants.

Upon receipt of the signed contracts / declaratorsThe following documents are to be submitted:

- signed contract in duplicate,

- a proof of the approval by means of an extract from the public part of the AMIS database, - signed self - declaration (Annex 3). It is a proof of the medicamentrTo obtain genuine approval by means of an extract from the public part of the AMIS database. A signed declaration (Appendix 3) must be submitted as proof of the reliability and declaration that the statutory provisions on the minimum wage and the tariff rebate are respected.
