It should be noted that pharmaceuticals within the scope of the AMG can only be imported by a pharmaceutical company into theTraffic, which is located within the scope of the AMG, in another member state of the European Union

or in another Contracting State of the Agreement on the European Economic Area (- 9 (2) sentence 1 AMG). Local representatives of a pharmaceutical entrepreneur can only participate if they are themselves pharmaceutical companies i. P. D. - 4 Abs.
