Open House Discipline Contracts 2018-16

TK pursues the goal of establishing discount agreements with all suitable pharmaceutical companies in accordance with Section 130a (8) SGB V on the active substances, combinations of active substances or dosage forms mentioned, To close active. Note to Section IV.2.7): Joining this open-house procedure is possible at any time within the contract period. All contract offers are mIt opens and checks the entrance. Please note that the registration of the discount drug in the pharmacy software on the first of a calendar month can only be guaranteed if the written contract documents are complete and signed by the third of the previous month of the TK.
