The procedure concerns the provision of payroll services (payroll management and contributions); complementary software (attendance, employee budget, expense report); application integration. The services are preceded by a planting phase in conjunction with the outgoing supplier.
Provisional security 2% of the price based onthe tender amounting to EUR 6 600.00.
The contracted service is financed with own funds of Lazio Innova.
The invoicing of the contractual fees must take place at the end of the installation phase and, on a monthly basis, for all other services required
The economic operators for which there are grounds for exclusion pursuant to art. 80 del
Code. However, economic operators who have entrusted positions in violation of art. 53, paragraph 16 ter, of Legislative Decree no. 2001 n. 165. Registration in the register kept by the Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Handicrafts and Agriculture or in the register of the provincial commissions for crafts for activities consistent with those object of this tender procedure.
