Subject of performance is the procurement of products from the manufacturer Apple, u.a. portable systems (e.g., iPad, MacBook), workstations (e.g., iMac, Mac mini, and Mac Pro), monitors, and system accessories based on OS X, iOS, and TVOS operationssystems or equivalent. Additional third-party system accessories and associated warranty services.
- Commercial register copy in copy, not older than 6 months,
- Own declarations to -- 10, 12, 13 LVG LSA and supplementary terms to -- 12, 17, 18 LVG LSA according to form F8,
- Declaration about the absence of exclusion reasons according to - 123 GWB and - 124 Abs.1 Nos. 1 to 3 GWB in accordance with Form F4,
- Requests to be made in the case of the formation of a consortium (Form F3) or in the case of other companies (Form F7)
- Balance sheets for the last three financial years,
- Information about the total turnover of the last three business years and the turnover of the last three business years, with the tendered amount(Form F5)
Proof of a public liability insurance with a minimum sum of 500 000, 00 EUR for property, personal and property damage per claim (copy).
