Personal computers.

Supply of workstations for individual productivity and related accessories and maintenance services.

Under penalty of exclusion, the competitor must deliver a suitable warranty in the form of deposit or surety.

Pursuant to art. 93 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 and subsequent amendments, the guarantee owedbe equal to 2% (two per cent) of the tender amount, or EUR 4 000.00 (four thousand / 00 euros).

For persons who find themselves in the conditions referred to in art. 93, c. 7 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 and s.m.i. the amount of the guarantee is reduced in the manner and for the amounts defined therein, being the competitor's duty to calculate the amount and to demonstrate the certifications possessed.In particular, the reduction of 50%, or 2, 000.00 EUR (two thousand / 00 euros) in the case of UNI CEI ISO 9000 certification is required. To this end, the competitor must, under penalty of exclusion, declare pursuant to DPR n. 445/2000 the details and the period of validity of the certification or, alternatively, attach a copy of the certification on which is indicated the condition of conformity to theoriginal, the signature and date affixed by the representative of the competitor.

This procedure was authorized by resolution of the Board of Directors on 27.3.2018 and is financed with Cineca own resources.
